*Soy wax products often experience what is called “frosting”. It is completely normal. Soy wax mixed with oils naturally form frosting, especially when subjected to temperature fluctuations. Unfortunately, frosting is almost inevitable with soy candles. The crystals form due to polymorphism – a condition where crystals inconsistently form in a substance. It is cosmetic and won’t impact how well the candle performs.
